I was trying to sell my house, on a discounted real estate website, and was stressing out over the lack of showings and low-ball offers. I was very frustrated with the progress to this point, and was considering taking it off the market as I assumed it was due to the economy. Then a friend recommended Emmeline. I was skeptical, as I had an appraisal from another realtor, and considered that the suggested sale price undervalued the property and was perhaps ‘priced for a quick sale’.
